On the north–west of Slovenia in the Gorenjska region, on the border with Italy and Austria on the slopes of the Julian Alps and Karavanke Alps, in the upper part of the valley of Sava river there is Kranjska Gora, touristic destination of major importance and one of the most known ski resort in Slovenia. From it’s peaks, on bright days You have a wonderful view on the peaks of the near countries and on the sunny days even till the Adriatic sea.
